DMCA & Reseller Disclaimer

Official copyright notification procedures and third-party content distribution statement.

Last Updated: 2026 Edition

1 Independent Reseller & Non-Hosting Disclaimer

Independent Distributor Statement: IPTV Surrey functions strictly as an independent third-party distributor and technical reseller. We do NOT own, host, manage, broadcast, or store any digital media streams, video-on-demand files, or copyrighted television broadcasts on our local web servers. 100% of all content accessible through client devices originates entirely from external, independent infrastructure providers.

Our platform operates purely as a technical directory and account management portal routing connection requests. We do not maintain any transmission servers or media archives.

2 External Media & Intellectual Property

All brand logos, channel names, trademarks, and multimedia broadcasts referenced or displayed belong to their respective copyright owners. Because our service does not control or maintain the external physical broadcasting infrastructure of third-party networks, we have no technical ability to directly alter or remove feeds hosted on external web servers.

However, we strictly respect copyright compliance and will immediately investigate and permanently remove any offending directory index link upon receiving a valid notification.

3 Submitting a Notice

If you are a copyright holder or an authorized legal representative and believe that any index link routed through our platform infringes on your intellectual property, please submit a written notification to our designated agent:

4 Notice Requirements

Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) and international digital copyright standards, notifications must include the following information:

  • Physical or electronic signature of the authorized copyright owner or agent.
  • Detailed identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Specific URL or directory index reference allowing our team to identify and locate the material.
  • Complete contact information including your full legal name, telephone number, and verifiable email address.
  • A statement affirming your good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or the law.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury confirming the accuracy of the notice and your authorization to act.

5 Processing & Resolution Window

Upon receipt of a valid and complete notification meeting all criteria, our compliance team will:

  • Review and delist the contested index links within 24 to 48 business hours.
  • Forward the notice details to the independent external infrastructure source.
  • Permanently terminate connectivity access to any repeat unauthorized source feeds.
